Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is an Hollywood actress, author and best-selling novelist. Her talents have won her international recognition. Sagittarius. She was born on the coast of North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's the oldest of children of Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper as well as Anne who is a psychology student. The Moore family is English, Scottish and of mixed heritage. Her father was a professional who often moved her family. She struggled with making or keeping her friends.
